Sir Pavan Soni the silent mentor!

As everybody idolizes someone or other & I’m no different. I live in the edge of inspiration and also have few idols whom I worship for their achievements. These people generally show us a way to many good things, but ironically not many of them are fortunate enough to meet and talk to the persons who in unknowingly setting inspirations to his or her admirer. I’m one such boy who is fortunate to meet my so called inspiration, who happens to be our lecturer Mr. PAVAN SONI., who is also lending his service as innovation evangelist at Wipro. I would call him ‘an elusive’, who is officially lecturing us on the subject ‘operations management’ for our MBA course but unofficially on many valuables of life & business. He is been the reason for creating this blog. Yes! He is the scholar of life. For him it is few things that interest him but they cover most of the aspects needed. Innovation and knowledge is his talks. He is so distinct in his talks & makes so much sense out of all the nonsense around. I was speechless for his accolade for our team at the innovation workshop. It’s been great to have an association with him and always be hopeful about it. He is one topic which I can just RAVE about on and on, Thank you sir.

Sports week of ISBR (EL DORADO 2008)

I don’t know if an MBA program really has time for so many activities other than corporate studies. But I say it is necessary even for an MBA institution to have activities such as sports week, where I came across many robust, vibrant sportsmen/women who showed their verve & viability in their respective game of sport. The basic motive was to culminate with the idea of building, working & growing as a team with leadership quality which we would anyways be implementing in our corporate life while we are making our fortune. This is my first experience of being a part of the sports week & I too felt the same enthuse on & off the ground even while supporting the battling team like my other counterparts and cheerers.
And by the time we conclude the sports week everybody should have learnt a great deal of lessons to make us a better MBA.
Thanking the initiative ness taken by the student’s sports authority of ISBR and the management for coming up with one such candid event.
